(2012) que busca proponer una reforma tributaria del status quo de los impuestos a la energ\u00eda en Argentina. El modelo parte de la existencia de componentes uniformes y no uniformes en la estructura impositiva del status quo, donde estos \u00faltimos son explicados por diversas presiones de las elites pol\u00edticas. La idea general es reformar este componente y modificarlo de manera normativa tal que las al\u00edcuotas se impongan en relaci\u00f3n a la contaminaci\u00f3n que genera cada producto energ\u00e9tico, como tambi\u00e9n eliminar los subsidios a la energ\u00eda existentes en el pa\u00eds. Se presentan resultados en relaci\u00f3n a los cambios en los precios, las emisiones de cada producto, la recaudaci\u00f3n,<br \/>\ny la incidencia distributiva de la reforma. Los resultados generales de la reforma son positivos y significativos en t\u00e9rminos ambientales y recaudatorios, mientras que presenta regresividad en t\u00e9rminos de incidencia en la distribuci\u00f3n del ingreso.
